MISSION, VISION & PHILOSOPHY
Mission: To provide superior, innovative healthcare services that PATIENTS recommend to family and friends, PHYSICIANS prefer for their patients and EMPLOYEES are proud of.
Vision: Better health outcomes and wellness for all Canadians, now and for future generations.
Philosophy: To treat every client the way we want to be treated; with respect, dignity, compassion, patience and with genuine, holistic care which yields effective, duplicatable results.
Through our Mission, Vision & Philosophy, our goal is to fill gaps in our health care system including the opportunity to meet the following health care needs in Edmonton and surrounding communities:
- To redirect chronic wound patients from busy out-patient orthopedic clinics and provide consistent, skilled and specialized services to address the advanced wound care needs of diabetic or chronic foot/leg ulcers.
- To redirect non-urgent/non-surgical orthopedic patients from ER departments improving patient experience and reducing ER wait times.
- To make advanced treatments and medical devices accessible, at an affordable cost, thereby improving healing outcomes.
- To create additional clinical placements for specialized nursing students as well as employment for same.

ACCELERATED CLIENT MAP
In July of 2015, Founder & CEO, Kathleen Cesarin was inspired to make a difference by identifying unmet healthcare needs in the community and improving outcomes for those suffering with diabetes, wound, foot and orthopedic injuries.
This innovative centre began as a mobile nursing practice for Kathleen in Nov 2016. The concept and need were proven over the next 3 years. The mission and vision evolved into Accelerated Cast Clinic & Limb Preservation Centre on Aug 1, 2019. The plan and goal are to continue to grow this centre and multiply locations to serve as many as possible with our holistic, innovative approach.
This centre is dedicated to three very special people who reflect our common client base and are our family members who have suffered the unfortunate and even fatal effects of diabetes and its related complications.
In their memory, 10% of all profits from our centre are donated to worthy causes which affect our clients.
